i7 Vs. x6

Im just looking for opinions on what you guys thing is better.
I have an AMD x6 1055T 3.2GHZ and personally,
I think that it is considerably faster than my Fathers i7 @ 3.2GHZ.
Now it could be the case that i have 4gb more ram than him,
but the i7 Isnt really all that it is Cracked up to be, I think for its hefty Price Tag, if a $220 AMD chip can beat it

I've been a total script kiddie for about a year, always using someone else's programs and stuff and never giving back, and I'm getting kinda sick of it, so I decided to learn programming and finally become a legit cracker now I've just gotten python installed Notepad++ and geany, but now I need some tips on the scripts themselves, I was just wondering if anyone here felt like sharing a basic script they made, and I would try to understand it and then keep on programming it, it would be much appretiated, also my main account here is Spitz, I'm just using a friends account I made for him
